Privacy Policy
The privacy page explains how CA Agentur processes data for website delivery and inquiries. It covers controller information, hosting, server logs, contact forms, email, optional analytics, embedded services, legal bases, retention, recipients, international transfers and data-subject rights.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, Netlify, our website hosting provider, receives and stores the submitted name, email address, optional company information and message. It checks submissions for spam and sends a notification to ca@ca-agentur.com. CA Agentur uses these details to respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records.
Consent implementation
In this release, Google Analytics and Google Ads code is not loaded before a visitor actively chooses the relevant category. Rejection leaves those tags unloaded. Consent can be changed through the persistent Cookie Settings control.
Higgsfield demos and affiliate links
The Higgsfield page displays demo images and, when you press play, videos delivered by Higgsfield's CDN. Loading these media sends technical connection information, including your IP address, to that provider. The marked affiliate links include a referral identifier. If you follow a link and take out a qualifying subscription, CA Agentur may receive a commission. Registration, purchases and processing on Higgsfield are governed by that provider's terms and privacy information.
Review boundary
The controller and processor descriptions, retention periods, provider list, transfer safeguards and legal bases must be reviewed against the actual production setup by the responsible professional. Technical tests cannot certify legal compliance.
